Cancellation Policy

When can I cancel my order?

If you cancel your order before it has been processed (before the Star Map has gone into production to print) it will be accepted and put to a halt however If you opt for cancelling your order after it has gone into production then it would not be possible for us to do that. Since each star map is made specifically for you, we will not be able to accept returns as we will not have any further use of the product. In rare cases of damage during transit, we will send you a fresh piece at no cost.
